Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted courier services such as J&T, Ninja Van, or PosLaju depending on your location. The method is selected automatically at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for promotions or orders above a certain value (as advertised).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor delivery status on the courier’s website.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Re-delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or uncollected parcels.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return for unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Perishable items (like opened supplements) are not eligible unless defective.

- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or damaged product).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
